Please read these documents carefully before using Ebate.

Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. Ebate is a place for respectful debate, not bigotry.
Debate the idea, not the person. Personal attacks, threats, bullying, or targeted harassment of any user are not tolerated. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not. Keep your arguments focused on the topic at hand.
Do not flood debates with repetitive, off-topic, or low-effort messages. Posting the same message multiple times, or posting content purely to disrupt a debate, is considered spam and may result in content removal.
Do not share private or personally identifiable information about other users without their explicit consent. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other information that could identify or endanger someone.
Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Ebate staff. Creating accounts or posting content designed to deceive others about your identity is a violation of these guidelines and may result in account removal.
Debates are created around specific topics. Keep your contributions relevant to the debate at hand. Consistently going off-topic derails the conversation and reduces the quality of discourse for everyone involved.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. We take a zero-tolerance approach to serious violations such as hate speech and harassment.
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the Report button (flag icon) on any debate or message to notify our moderation team. Reports are reviewed by admins who will take appropriate action. Thank you for helping keep Ebate safe.
